I'm a Registered Nutritionist (RNutr) and SENr-accredited sports nutritionist specialising in plant-based nutrition and athletic performance. For over a decade I've helped everyone from recreational runners and busy parents to elite athletes improve their health, recovery and performance through evidence-based nutrition.

I'm Director of Nutrition at The Game Changers and an Advisory Board member at FoodFacts.org, where I help tackle nutrition misinformation and translate complex scientific research into practical, evidence-based advice that people can actually use in everyday life.

I'm also the author of The Plant-Based Power Plan, published by Penguin Life. The book combines the latest research in sports nutrition with practical strategies to help people improve their health, recovery and performance on a plant-based diet, and has helped thousands of readers make the transition with confidence.

Above all, I'm passionate about helping people discover that healthy food can be simple, satisfying and genuinely delicious — and that thriving on a plant-based or plant-rich diet is not only possible, but enjoyable too.
